As demand for energy-efficient indoor ventilation systems continues to grow across Europe, reliable thermal and airflow components have become increasingly important for HVAC manufacturers. One of EISKUHL’s customers in Ukraine developed a Window Smart Heat Recovery Ventilator designed to improve indoor air quality while reducing heating energy loss during ventilation.
To achieve stable airflow performance and quiet long-term operation, the customer selected the high-airflow axial cooling fan from EISKUHL for integration into their smart ventilation equipment.
The Ukrainian customer manufactures compact Window Smart Heat Recovery units for residential and light commercial applications. The system supports three operating modes:
Active air intake
Active exhaust
Heat recovery ventilation with preheated fresh air
The equipment also provides 7 adjustable airflow speeds to adapt to different room environments and seasonal conditions.
Because the device operates continuously in occupied indoor spaces, the customer had extremely strict requirements for the cooling and airflow solution.
Compared with ordinary axial fans used in standard ventilation devices, the customer required a much higher level of performance and reliability:
Higher Airflow Performance
The ventilation system needed stronger airflow capacity than conventional cooling fans to ensure sufficient air exchange efficiency, especially during heat recovery operation.
Lower Noise at the Same Speed
The fan had to maintain quieter operation than ordinary fans running at similar RPM levels, ensuring comfortable indoor use in homes and offices.
Stable, Low-Vibration Operation
The customer specifically required the fan to operate smoothly without noticeable vibration, shaking, or hand-feel resonance after installation.
Long-Term Reliability
One of the most critical requirements was long-term acoustic stability. Even after one year of continuous operation, the fan could not develop abnormal noise or bearing-related sound issues.
After evaluating the project requirements, EISKUHL recommended the 80x80x38mm high airflow axial cooling fan series for the application.
The selected model delivered strong airflow performance while maintaining stable low-noise operation under long-term continuous working conditions. According to EISKUHL product specifications, the fan series supports high airflow output, ball bearing structure, and extended operating life suitable for industrial and ventilation applications.
