To support the development of a new USB product, an Australian customer partnered with EISKUHL to develop a miniature cooling solution using a custom DC 5V ultra-thin blower fan. The project required an extremely compact structure while still maintaining stable airflow and reliable cooling performance.
After successful engineering cooperation, prototype validation, and interface customization, the customer proceeded with a 1K trial production order.

The product design required active cooling to ensure stable operating temperatures during continuous use. However, due to the ultra-thin product structure, the available installation space for the cooling fan was extremely limited.
Extremely Limited Installation Space
The customer reserved only:
18mm × 4mm installation space
for the internal cooling fan.

Standard blower fans could not physically fit
Airflow performance needed to be maintained despite miniaturization
