As wearable cooling technology continues to gain popularity in outdoor sports, industrial workwear, and personal comfort applications, ventilated clothing has become an increasingly important product category. However, cooling fans used inside wearable garments face unique engineering challenges compared to conventional electronic cooling systems.
An American customer developing high-performance ventilated clothing partnered with EISKUHL to develop a customized 6025 DC cooling blower fan optimized specifically for dynamic athletic environments.
The customer required a cooling solution that could maintain:
Silent operation
Long service life
Stable airflow performance
Most importantly, absolutely no abnormal noise during movement
Whether users were running, hiking, climbing, or performing other high-motion activities, the fan needed to operate smoothly without vibration noise, structural resonance, or airflow instability.
To meet these requirements, EISKUHL developed a deeply customized 12V 6025 blower cooling fan operating at 5500 RPM, specifically engineered for wearable sports applications.

One of the customer’s primary concerns was operating noise.
Given that the cooling fan is positioned in close proximity to the user's body—specifically near the ears—excessive noise would directly and severely compromise the user experience during activities such as running, hiking, rock climbing, and outdoor social interactions.
The customer required the fan to maintain extremely low noise levels even at relatively high rotational speed.
Traditional cooling fans often generate:
Resonance noise
Rattling sounds
Structural vibration
Loose component noise
when exposed to movement or repeated impacts.
For wearable applications, this problem becomes much more severe because the garment constantly moves with the user’s body.
Breathable apparel is typically utilized during prolonged outdoor activities, frequent daily use, and high-intensity athletic environments; consequently, the cooling fans employed therein must possess exceptional durability and long-term reliability.
To address the customer’s unique wearable cooling requirements, EISKUHL developed a customized 6025 DC cooling blower fan specifically optimized for ventilated clothing and dynamic athletic scenarios.

Achieving low noise in wearable applications requires more than simply reducing fan speed. The cooling system must maintain airflow while minimizing aerodynamic and mechanical noise.
EISKUHL optimized the fan through:
Advanced fluid-dynamics blade design
Low-friction bearing structure
Optimized airflow channel design
Even at 5500 RPM, the fan maintains very low operating noise.
Wearable cooling products require continuous reliability under frequent use conditions.
To ensure durability, EISKUHL adopted:
Industrial-grade dual ball bearings
High-reliability brushless motor structure
This configuration significantly improves:
Rotational stability
Wear resistance
Long-term operational consistency
One of the most important breakthroughs in this project was solving the problem of abnormal noise during physical movement.
EISKUHL implemented:
Reinforced anti-vibration structural design
Secure anti-loosening mounting structure
Improved component stability
These optimizations dramatically reduce:
Structural resonance
Internal component vibration
Noise caused by movement impact and shaking
This directly solved one of the customer’s biggest pain points in wearable cooling design.
Although noise control and durability were critical priorities, cooling efficiency remained equally important.
The fan’s 5500 RPM high-speed operation generates strong airflow capable of:
Rapidly removing body heat
Improving airflow circulation inside the garment
Maintaining effective cooling performance during exercise
This ensures that the ventilated clothing continues delivering noticeable cooling benefits even during intense activity.
